bobdylan-xlarge_trans++eo_i_u9APj8RuoebjoAHt0k9u7HhRJvuo-ZLenGRumAThis week has been so insane—apologies for not updating here sooner. Thank you all for the birthday wishes here and across social media. You all made me smile! Some news: All four kids are officially back in school—hooray! Did anyone else feel like the summer flew by abnormally fast? Plum started her 8th grade volleyball season, so my crazy “volleyball mom” side is about to come out as soon as her games start. Ha! Also, Julian is running for his Junior Class President and Birdie turns SIX tomorrow! How?! Cheers to the weekend, and here are this week’s ten things…

1. Read this eye-opening interview with Stanger Things star Winona Ryder.

2. I want to try an avocado burger bun. A knife and fork-er for sure!

3. A magazine for little girls who want to grow up to be president.

4.  29 healthy Instagram accounts to follow.

5. An inspiring essay: “On Self Care”.

6. We’re updating the Two Son site with new fall product later today, so keep refreshing—you don’t want to miss it.

7. How do you feel about the Skinny Mirror?

8. A new, kinda weird way to eat soft serve ice cream.

9. Crushing over this new kid’s clothing brand.

10. I recently wrote on article on the best eateries in Nashville. You can read it here.

Our summer seemed to fly by too. Our twins just started kindergarten and I’ve been trying to adjust to the new schedule. Good luck with all your kiddos’ new school year and adventures.

Great article on Winona. Love her!

Ahh totally relate to the Skinny Mirror one. I don’t actually know how I feel about them because I’ve always felt like the ties between my body and mirrors and clothing always feel a bit off depending on my self-esteem. I do love a good Skinny Mirror though, if it makes you feel better then why not?

Love, love, love that someone has come out with a good magazine for little girls. That age is hard to market to, but it’s such an important time for growth.

Good article! I am always thinking about starting a blog site with an online magazine style look and monetize it as well. But I don’t know a single line of coding. Should I go for this interest or even if I start it somehow, may I face lots of problems later? Waiting for your advice and thanks in advance!
